  • Open your WhatsApp application and write a message on the given number
  • Select your related query, and you will be connected to the live agent
  • Explain the issue and ask him for assistance
  • After Process is Complete, Passenger will get a confirmation e-mail.

Via Email -

You can connect with the airline through email also. You can send complaints emails on the email id mentioned on the Contact us tab. Click on the email option, and you will be redirected to your mailing software. Compose the mail and write a brief of your query as a subject. Explain your Complaint in detail, mentioning your contact and flight details in the Cathay Pacific complaints email. After composing the mail, click send. You will receive a confirmation mail or a call back from the airline to your provided email address.

Via Online Feedback Form-

  • Visit the Cathay Pacific homepage, and select the Contact Us link to open the additional help.
